Principal Financial Group needed a 9,750 SF addition Live Upgrade to an existing Data Center done in three phases.  (1) Electrical Room: provided redundancy with all Electrical Systems, (2) Loading Dock Expansion: Provided clean room and new loading dock with more efficient dock equipment, and (3) Security Addition / new entry.

This new 9 tier Parking Structure for Principal Financial Group uses a double helix design to gettraffic off the street twice as fast as a typical ramp.  It has 4 elevators, 1,743 stalls, 4 attendant stations, interior court yard and pedestrian walk way, with skywalk connection to Corporate 4.

Completion Date:  April 2008

Cost:  $30.8 M = $17,211 per stall

A new 3 story 90,000 SF office building for Brenton Bank Headquarters. (now owned by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage). Upper level executive offices and board room. Two story atrium space from 2nd to 3rd floor, open office areas, lower level cafeteria, mechanical space, hardened data center with 4,500 SF of 36” raised floor. Outdoor dining and patio area.
