New Resource Buildings at Chichaqua Bottoms Greenbelt
Polk County Conservation desired two new resource buildings at the Chichaqua Bottoms Greenbelt to provide offices for park staff and maintenance facility/storage. The first building consists of approximately 7,200 SF building for the storage of machinery and equipment. The building will consist of a pole-barn type building, unheated, with power, light, and frost free hydrant. The second building will contain offices, service bays and seed storage, The building footprint will be approximately 7,200 SF. Private offices will be provided for 3 people with cubicles for 8 people in an open office space with a conference table. It is anticipated that this building will be constructed using a SIPS wall system.

Westwood Golf Course - City of Newton
The City of Newton desired to replace their outdated Clubhouse at Westwood Golf Course. ETHOS Design Group was engaged to provide Master Planning Services for a new two-story Clubhouse. Design on the main level included a Reception Hall to accomodate 300 people at tables and chairs and dividable into 3 separate spaces, Banquet Hall with Catering / Staging Rooms, Bar with Lounge, Kitchen and Pantry, a Pro Shop, Office Space, Locker Rooms, Deck / Patio Space. Design on the lower level included a Groom and Bridal Suite, Parking / Storage for golf cars underneath the main level. ETHOS provided site plans and concept drawings.

New Line Shop & Adminstrative Offices - Indianola Municipal Utilities
ETHOS Design Group was selected to provide architectural and engineering services for a new line shop, offices, and maintenance facility for Indianola Municipal Utilities. The new line shop will house IMU trucks and equipment as well as administrative offices. The program includes office space for 15 employees, locker rooms for men and women, office for the director, conference room, mezzanine for sign storage, and 12 maintenance bays, including a wash bay.

Panora Public Works - City of Panora
Panora Public Works had outgrown their facility in downtown Panora, and they were lacking yard space. The City turned to ETHOS Design Group to design their new facility on the edge of town on a 5 acre site. Their new facility provides space for 10 trucks, a wash bay and an office space for the Public Work Staff.

Clive Public Works - City of Clive
Clive Public Works had a failing roof and needed a quick replacement. They also needed an overhead door added to the exterior wall of their shop. The Director of Public Works turned to ETHOS Design Group to produce and release Bid Documents in 6 weeks to get the project out for bids.
